Learn from the people who built Blaze

After a lifetime of athletics left them both in pain, hot yoga and fitness helped them heal without surgery or painkillers. They built Blaze so other people could find the same thing.

Sara teaches yoga, mobility, strength, and meditation. She holds a 500-hour OHYA certification and has trained in Kinstretch, Functional Range Assessment, Vinyasa, and the neuroscience of yoga. In this training, she leads the lectures, classes, and clinics.

Jaylon is Blaze’s lead strength coach. He’s a 500-hour hot yoga instructor, a Kinstretch instructor, a Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist, and a certified CrossFit trainer. In this training, he teaches classes, answers your questions, and co-leads lifting clinics.

You get both of their experience and expertise.

Got Questions? We’ve got answers

Can I take Level 2 if I’ve never done a Blaze training? If you’re a current group fitness instructor, our L2 is a great supplement to your existing education to help you better understand how movement impacts the brain and body and improve your skills as a coach and trainer.
I teach yoga. Can I take Level 2? It would be best for you to start with Level 1 so you can learn the difference between leading a yoga class and building a strength or fitness class. You’ve got the words to lead movement, now you need the meat to expand your expertise and learn to coach and build programming.

I’m a personal trainer. I know how to build programs. Can I jump into L2? If you’ve never led group classes before, it’s best to start with Level 1. Managing the energy of a group is a shift and tailoring training to the general population is a totally different skill from one-on-one work. Your education will help you do it better than most, but you’ll need to learn to teach groups first.
What is your refund policy? All sales are final. Be sure to clear your schedule before you book a training or start a payment plan.

Some love from a past attendee (and current Instructor)

“If you want to build skills with science backed knowledge around fitness then this is your course. It can prepare you to teach, improve/grow your practice skills and confidence. It also challenges the traditional norms and opens one’s mind to new ways of moving. Sara and Jaylon clearly spend a lot of time building their skills and understanding of fitness, mobility, health and mental well being. Highly recommend!”
