To get stronger, move with greater ease, shatter stress, and instantly boost your mood, all you have to do is show up.
New State rules have a few new requirements for the safety of all.
• Preregister for class using our online registration system.
• Remember to don a CDC-approved mask before entering the studio.
• Every student needs a water bottle, a yoga mat, and a large towel.
•Wear light, athletic clothing and be prepared to work hard and sweat.
•Fuel your body by eating a light meal 2-3 hours before class.
