Getting started can feel overwhelming, so we’ve created this simple guide to help you familiarize yourself with our offerings and start feeling your absolute best.

Get moving with Vinyasa Yoga.
Ready to add some yoga flow to your practice? As a beginner, learn basics of Blaze Flow with Intro to Vinyasa with Sara. She’ll walk you through the common moves and modifications in this short video so you can move and flow in our full-length classes. When you’re ready for the real deal, try Wrist Love with Sara to learn how to take good care of your wrists as you integrate Vinyasa into your movement practice. For your next class, try East vs. West or one of the Humble classes.

Our Original Hot Yoga is the discipline that made hot yoga famous in the United States. This is a great class to start with if you’ve never done yoga before. Our stellar teachers will walk you through every step of set up and execution of traditional therapeutic yoga postures so you can get a feel for movement and feel at home in your body again. In Hot Beatz, we take the traditional sequence and add pumping music for fun, laughter, and maybe a little singing along. In the Yin Yoga and Meditation showcase, you’ll find slow Yin flows with long holds and Myofascial Release classes for deep peace and relaxation, plus guided meditations for stress reduction and calm.

If you’re really ready to assess and improve your joint mobility, grab one of the two simple Morning Mobility Routines with Sara and Jaylon. This is a full body sequence you can do in under 10 minutes to reduce inflammation, assess your body, optimize mind-body communication, and improve range every single day. This is the first step in our life-changing Kinstretch classes. If you’re truly ready to face facts about your joint health, move better, and finally heal your old injuries, this is the class for you. Click the Kinstretch showcase, search for the joint focus that is the most junky in your body, and get to work!

Our Inferno H.I.I.T. workouts are proven by science to be the fastest way to get in shape. If you’re looking for core strength and cardio, look no further. Our H.I.I.T. classes are high-intensity and low-impact so you can improve your cardiovascular health, gain energy, reduce stress, and feel your best no matter where you’re starting from on your health journey. Crazy Legs Cardio Blast with Jaylon or Kick It! with Jenn are great ways to get your heart rate up and blood pumping in just 30 minutes. Once you have a feel for the flow, dive in for a full 60-minute class with Abs of Steel with Andie or Donkey Kong Cardio.

Inferno Weights classes take the same scientifically-proven principles and add weights and bands for a workout you’d never get at the gym. We pack strength, cardio, abs, and mobility into this class that’s designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Get your beach pump on in Zena’s Bis and Tris with Andie or join Jaylon and his kids in Titanum Full Body. For super-fun, 60-minute full body workout, try Inclining Crazy 8s with Sara. The most common tools we use in this class are medium weights and a resistance band. Don’t have these at home? No problem! Grab a couple of cans o’ beans or learn to make your own weights at home.

If you’re a fitness buff or a recovering Crossfitter, Hot & Heavy is the class for you. We take heavier weights and more dynamic movements to help you level up your fitness game. We build on skills and fitness every week, so start with #1 or #2 and practice in numerical order. We’ve got your programming covered! Remember Hot & Heavy is elite fitness training, so be sure to take at least 2-3 days off between H&H classes. Substitute in some yoga, Kinstretch or HIIT classes on off days for healing and recovery. Personally, we take this class once a week for muscle gains.
